Ce train est en fait, celui de transport des ordures ménagères des sites de Marseille, vers l'incinérateur de Fos sur Mer. La RDT13 a enlévé le marché en 2013, et ce pour 4 années.

Thanks a lot for publishing this picture from my hometown. Sad to say, but the station building was completely scrapped and now a "bus-stop-building" serves the passengers.

What you've got here is a very special train. It does not contain oil and neither comes from Russia. The four, sometimes five, cars contain phosphor and come from Kazahstan. They land from a ferry in Rostock, made their way over the Baltic Sea and through Russia. The idea to carry phosphor on train freaks me somehow, altough I am pretty sure it is in a non-dangerous chemical form.
What you catched in Schönefeld is the empty return train from Lutherstadt Wittenberg/Piesteritz chemical facility to Rostock harbour. This train has no steady plan, but should be visible once a week per direction.

I am very glad when I can see GM-EMD-G16 locomotives working in Macedonia. It is sign that in Macedonia there are workers with great knowledge how to maintenance 50 years old locomotives. It is the best sign for EMD to invest in Macedonia. It is the only way to see new EMD locomotives in Macedonia. Thank you very much for your attention.
